Our factory currently has a floor area over 55,000 sq. meters with a new state of the art production line to manufacture all sorts of plastic packaging.

Our factory's output is in excess of 23,400 tons per year. We are certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS and SGS. Our raw materials such as LDPE, HDPE, Pigments and Inks have all met the required FDA standard from the United States.

History / Future Developments:

 

Hong Wang Package Manufacturing Ltd. was established in 2000 by several partners who have extensive experiences in the plastic packaging industry.

Our company was initially started up with only 20 workers and 10 machines in a rented workshop. With its competitive pricing and excellent quality, our company was honored to supply to several household brands and our company was well recognized among the electronic industry.

 

With its rapid growth, our company was seeking for a place to handle an increasing amount of productions and a place to accommodate new equipments.

In 2006, our company purchased a land and built workshops with a floor area of 40,000 sq. meters. The new workshops and machines allowed us to diversify our products, export to the overseas market and supplied to the medical institutions, health care institutions, hygienic packaging sector, etc.

Currently, our company has expanded to a workplace which accommodates 1,000 workers with total floor area of 55,000 sq. meters. We are building two new phrases of factory aiming to be completed in the end of 2010.

 

We are undergoing ISO 13485 certification for a comprehensive management system for the packaging of medical devices as well as HACCP certification for hygienic packaging. In the future, we are going to upgrade our workshops and we are going to purchase high-end machines to increase efficiency in our productions.
